I am wondering if there are anythings I should worry about/look out for.

    Nope, none that I’ve noticed.

Many women including me see their BG’s go up during the week before our period starts. Then on the day it starts it goes back down again and might even be a little low for 24 hours or so. I have a pump so I have a setting programmed to give me a little extra that week before.

weird blood sugars…I usually go really high around those times, or , sometimes abnormally low, it depends

Yeah high blood sugar is the only thing I’ve seen, or erratic sugars, like really low then really high unexpectedly.
It’s usually only a week or two before.
