Just a very quick run through of the basics on how I currently manage my diabetes. Part 1 – Checking my blood sugar and taking insulin. There are many other elements that I take into account and factor into my everyday life … but I’ll talk about those some other time. *DISCLAIMER!!*: I am in no way a professional medical practitioner.
