Metformin gave me mad diarrhea. Now All I take is half a glyburide and one actos and walk everyday and follow a vegan diet. Hopoefully after a few months on this vegan diet I will be off the meds completely.

Drugs can be dangerous. Try this. After 3 weeks of taking GlyPerfect, I noted a dramatic drop in blood sugar level. I had readings 150 to 165 prior to taking GlyPerfect , and some as high as 300+ml/dl. improvement after the third week.
