Notice this doctor …
Notice this doctor doesn’t have fat hanging
off his nose and face. He is extremely
healthy. All my vital signs are normal
or above and I have hypoglycemia which
is pre diabetic. I eat none or very
little of the foods he lists. I wonder
how he would classify wine?

It worked! I lost …
It worked! I lost 70 pounds and no longer have Diabetes 2, but I do keep on track of everything, and I continue my diet and exercise. It works, and I enjoyed listening to your words in the video. It will always be part of my life.

Instead of a big …
Instead of a big bowl of rice, I would have 1/2 cup or eat a large salad instead. Instead of a mountain of pasta, I would take maybe 1/2 or 1/3 of that. Then I picked up on my physical exercise. I didn’t go to the gym or start jogging 5 miles a day. What I did was walk a mile or two a day at a good pace.

I went on the usual …
I went on the usual medication but did not change my diet or increase my physical activity. It happened 3 years ago. I just did away with most starch, of the bad kind. No more french fries, bowls of rice, piles of spaghetti, sandwiches like it was going out of style either. I did not do away with them all together. Instead of 30 french fries, I would take 5 to 10.
