Mid-week check in, everything is going fairly well, besides the fact that i GAINED 5 POUNDS, whatever, dude.

I want to continue to make videos but not have them be so rambly, what I mean is, I want each video to have a point, I guess. Something I can figure out, or is there anything any Type 1′s or fellow dieters want to talk about?

    i don’t like to …
    i don’t like to weigh mid-week for this exact reason, water weight and general fluctuations really get me down, even though i KNOW its not fat gain. i rely too much on the number the scale says… i’m trying to get better about that.

    Don’t beat yourself …
    Don’t beat yourself up, everyone struggles. Just keep it up and get into a habbit. I just have one question, why are you so reluctent to weigh yourself in the middle of the week? I’m glad to here that your blood sugars are good. Bye.
