You may have Type 1 diabetes but I doubt it. You don’t mention blurry vision, fatigue, irritability, or weight loss. The other symptoms you mention are all symptoms of diabetes. You need to go see your doctor for a blood glucose level test and possibly a glucose tolerance test. You could also have another form of diabetes that has nothing to do with insulin or the pancreas. You could have Diabetes Insipidus. This form of diabetes usually stems from a damaged pituitary gland in your brain. If you have had any head trauma around the onset of these symptoms you could have diabetes insipidus.
EDIT:
Since you do have blurry vision, fatigue, and weight loss your case is almost textbook diabetes. I would go see a doctor tomorrow for a blood glucose level test. I hope you fell better.

I can only recommend that you take your concerns to a doctor. This cannot be diagnosed at home

Diabetes is diagnosed with a very simple blood test. Talk to your parents or maybe a school nurse about your symptoms and ask to get tested for diabetes.

Hi,
Do you have other family members close by that would have diabetes? Perhaps they can bring their meter over to check your level. You really need to see a doctor, or at least go to the school nurse, and tell her that you feel light headed, and might want to pass out. You can tell her that you grandmother had diabetes, everything else that you wrote here, and she might check your blood sugar level.
If the blood sugar level is extreme, the nurse will probably call your parents to get you to a doctor or urgent care. This is not something to take lightly, or to avoid for another week or two.

It sounds like you do, because you have the major signs of it. If you do, you will have a high blood sugar, which can give you the stomach ache. I usually throw up if I’m high for too long. Don’t bother doing anymore research, just get yourself to the ER!!!!!
